Darts at the Bridge

Ralph Warburton reports:- "The Bridge Darts Team – newly renamed after the sadness of the Shroppie Fly being unsuitable – play in the Whitchurch Darts League. Captained by Neil Aspinall – AKA Wobbly – the team won the league title in winter 2011, were runners up in Summer 2012, and are currently running second.

"They play as a team of 7 – 6 men and one woman. All Audlemites. The furthest they go is to The Red Lion at Malpas. Playing every Monday night, one of their team achieved a 15 arrow throw to 501! Quite an achievement. 

"Will try to keep all in the picture on the teams progress".

By an amazing coincidence, we have also just received from Sandra Barber the photograph shown which she describes as:

"Bridge Darts Team –  apperantly the chap at the front is Pete, Warner, Shelly, Gaynor Baxter's dad – not sure of his name or year".
