Credit crunch busting 'Audlem Festival'

May bank holiday marks the return of the annual Audlem Music/Arts Festival & Carnival. Now renamed simply: 'Audlem Festival', this year is a credit-crunch busting special with free entry to all the music gigs!

When great bands join with cracking exhibitions, good food and great beer how could you lose? In fact, this year the committee have even teamed up with the local churches to ensure that unlike previous festivals sunny weather is guaranteed!

The festival has a great new website with a full programme of events, interactive map of festival venues and the all important counter, now showing only 13 days to go.

One of the highlights of the festival this year is a live band karaoke where you can have 15 minutes of fame by performing a song with a live band. Check the festival website for more details, a set-list for the karaoke will be posted here soon.
