Contractors accessing Mill Lane

Audlem Parish Council has been in contact with Cheshire East Council about the use of Mill Lane by contractors working on the Heathfield Road housing development.

Limited use of Mill Lane, whilst the main access was being prepared, had been agreed as part of the planning process, but this was to be only a very temporary measure.

Councillors have been assured that the Planning Enforcement Officers are monitoring the situation and will take action if Mill Lane continues to be used for longer than anticipated.
