Concern about Bridge from near-neighbour

A resident who lives very near to the currently closed Bridge Inn writes: "I write with concern about the Bridge Inn and the news story (5th November) on the web regarding it is always sad when a pub closes. Not if every Friday and Saturday night you lie in bed listening to shouting, abusive language and fighting.

"It is very difficult to feel any sense of sadness and I ask if any steps are being taken to prevent this happening in the future."
