Community Speedwatch volunteers

Volunteers are being sought for a Community Speedwatch group in Audlem.

In a recent Chatbox discussion on Audlem Online about traffic matters the question was raised, "Why doesn't the village set up a Speedwatch group?"

I have taken this suggestion up with the Parish Council and we are now ready to go forward and set up a Speedwatch. In order to do so we need a minimum of six volunteers who will be trained in the use of a speed gun by the police. This training can take place in Audlem.
