Christmas with Oxtail and Trotter

Christmas is fast approaching and many of our lovely customers have been flocking to the shop to guarantee their delights in time for the big day. Our order forms are now available in the shop with a large choice of scrumptious goodies to be had.

Here is a flavour of what's on offer:

• Large range of turkeys to suit all tastes and appetites -- local barn reared White and Bronze, Free Range Kelly Bronze (as seen on TV) and succulent Turkey Crowns
• Free Range Geese
• Three bird roasts -- Turkey, Duck & Pheasant or Goose, Chicken & Pheasant or Duck, Turkey & Guinea Fowl
• Local Lamb
• Beef -- Sirloin, Ribs, Fillet or Topside (Wagyu or Traditional Breed)
• Cooked Hams
• Traditional hand raised Powells Pork Pies
• Festive condiments
• New festive stuffing in a tray -- handmade in the shop
• And much much more...

We will be doing another tasting session on Friday night during the BIG SWITCH ON, so why not drop in and have a taste. Plus we will be doing a few special offers on the evening -- more to follow later in the week.
