• The band has been booked
• The caterer has been booked for a Chilli Beef & Beans meal with Naan bread (there will be a vegetarian option)
• Beer will be coming from the Wincle Brewery
• Other bar drinks are being organised by the APHAx team.

The APHAx Committee expects that construction of the new Annexe will be under way by that date.
