Change of programme

We're very sorry to have to report that tonight's speaker on 'Cheshire pubs and pub signs' is unable to attend.

In his place, Celia Bloor will give the second part of her talk on the history of Audlem, bringing the story up to the twentieth century. Celia gave us the first instalment of 'What we know about the history of Audlem' in November 2017. To judge by the audience response on that occasion, tonight's talk will generate a lot of interest and comments on the lines of: "Well I've lived in Audlem for thirty years and I didn't know that!"

As ever, all are welcome. If you haven't attended our meetings previously, please come along as a visitor, without obligation. You'll find an informal, relaxed atmosphere and we hope you'll enjoy an interesting and informative evening.

Meetings take place in the Scout and Guide Hall in Cheshire Street and start at 7.30pm.
