Cheese boat in Audlem

Geraldine Prescott of the Cheese Boat, a regular visitor to Audlem, writes: "We will be in Audlem for the next Bank holiday weekend and will be selling cheese provided we can get a mooring near The Mill."

That could be quite a weekend with the Music Festival running throughout the Bank Holiday period. Now we also have a selection of Welsh cheeses to look forward to. It's worth a visit to the Cheese Boat when it's moored in the village as samples of their range of interesting cheeses are always available. The cheeses keep well too in their wax coatings.
