NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

CHAPEL LANE, AUDLEM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.
Prohibition of traffic-

Chapel Lane, Audlem

For its full extent
The alternative route will be via Green Lane, Bagley Lane, Hardys Lane and visa versa which is considered the most suitable route.

This order will come into operation on Monday 16th January 2023 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Wednesday 25th January 2023.
