If anyone is interested in purely chair based exercise classes, stretch and tone to keep fitter, please contact me.

The use of resistance bands and light hand weights would feature along with Chair-Robics! It was extremely popular last time.

This would be a pay as you go class, held weekly. I am happy to run a class for those not looking for anything too strenuous, with gentle relaxation to finish.

The class would last approximately 45 minutes with tea/coffee served afterwards. Participants must be in good health to join the fun – check with your Doctor first.
