(The website link that was here no longer works) A reminder that this evening there is one of the most popular events in the Audlem calendar, the carol singing in the The Square around the Christmas tree. There are always hundreds there, as you can see from the photograph of last year's gathering – if you click on the photo, it will enlarge it. This year the Worshipful The Mayor, Councillor Howard Curran; The Mayoress, Mrs Sheila Curran; The Deputy Mayor, Councillor Maurice Jones and the Deputy Mayoress, Mrs Ann Jones will all be attending. The carol singing starts at 7.30pm.

And there's an opportunity to socialise after the carol singing in the Scout & Guide Hall with mince pies and mulled wine served. It's £2 for adults, children free, and the money raised will be for the Scout & Guide Hall appeal. It's also a chance to see all the work that has been completed inside the Hall.
