Carnival Queen on Monday

As part of the build up to the huge Music & Arts Festival and Carnival, we invite the Carnival Queen Elect and her Princesses to my garden so that souvenir photos can be taken.

This year the Queen elect is Annie Goodwin. Her princesses are Jessica Smith and Emily Turner. All are pupils at St James school. Annie will be crowned for her year of office at about 1.00pm on Monday.

I will then drive her and Jessica and Emily round the village and then to Corbrook Court as the ladies there love to see the young ones.

At Carnival, there is still time to book a stall place and we welcome all with classic cars to turn up on the day to exhibit their pride and joy. Call Gwen Moss on 01270 811467.
