Scene this morning where the A529 went under the old railway line. Road since closed by Cheshire East & all traffic diverting up single track Chapel Lane to Cox Bank with traffic chaos on the very narrow lane. Becoming a frequent occurrence owing to poor drainage on the A road at this spot.
