Does anyone know of any farms around the local area taking on agricultural contractors?

A young lad ran into me yesterday and damaged my car. I was in shock and he told me he didn't want to go through insurance and would just pay it. He seemed genuine but I'm now having concerns he's not going to pay. I've got his number and first name and we've been messaging but he's gone quiet since I've asked for the £185 to pay for it last night and Im pretty sure he's blocked me. I feel like an idiot for trusting and not getting his registration but I think I was just in shock plus I had my 10 month old baby in the car so was distracted. So please be kind here as I already feel like a plonker.

His name is Kai, he's 19 years old and says he's from the Essex area. His number is
tel:07771434261. He was driving an old black I think Punto type car like the image above. I am terrible with cars so I may be wrong! There were I think 3 or 4 other lads in the car all in farm type ware. It was somewhere along longhill lane.

If anyone can help I'd be really grateful i just want to find out his full name and details if possible but just a full name would be enough as I plan to try and find the person employing him locally to see if they can help.
