Buy/sell – removing items

We at AudlemOnline realise that people occasionally have difficulty in removing items that they have advertised on buy/sell after they are sold, given away or otherwise completed.

Since it is obviously important that items are removed as quickly as possible when they are finished with, we would ask advertisers to contact us by e-mail if they have difficulty, and we will remove the item for you.

Just use the "contact us" page to send us an e-mail – try to give the exact headline description that the item was advertised with, and the date it was first advertised (which appears on the listings on the screen).

Please also give your (real) name so that we can check that the request is genuine.

We are looking at ways of improving this aspect of the AudlemOnline service, but it will not be a two-minute job.
