Bridge Inn darts team

The darts team skippered by Neil "Wobbly" Aspinall and with Mike Farnell, Julian "Fox" Adair and Ian "Tiny" Crutchley amongst their members, gathered at the Bridge flushed with their previous success in beating the Eagles Team of Whitchurch 7-1.

Monday night's was a needle match as they were facing The Red Cow Team. They are a very strong and successful team of players, so it was to be a real test of the Bridge team's skills.

The match was tight but by the end – around 10.00pm – our local players had beaten Red Cow 4-3!

A great result and the team is riding high. They were a very happy gang as they sat down to a veritable feast of chips supplied by Gary & Vikki.

I have been asking for old photos of teams of long ago and am pleased to say I have some which I hope will feature on AudlemOnline soon.
