Important info from Braids Hair & Beauty

Patch tests are required for lash extensions, Lash Lift & Tint, Brow & Lash tinting 72 hours prior to treatments.

Parental consent required for all treatments for under 16's.

At the point of booking please send us detailed pictures if any so we can allocate the correct time to ensure the best possible service.

Missed appointments and cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment we ask for 12 hours notice.

20% fee will be charged incase of late cancellation and a 30% fee will be charged in a no show situation.

We will now be asking all clients to confirm appointment bookings with a credit/debit card.

This is to secure your appointment time booked.

This policy will now also apply when booked either verbally over the phone or within the salon.

We hope you understand our time is very precious to us as you are too.
