First of all I would like to say a personal thank you to my team here at Boots Audlem. They are working extremely hard to make sure that they are dispensing prescriptions as soon as they can to keep up with the absolutely unprecedented demand.
I want to thank them for working extra hours away from their families in these ever changing times.
We are a very small store so in line with social distancing can we ask that no more than 3 customers are in store at any one time and we will also ask you to stand at the recommended distance from the counter.
Could I please remind everyone that the usual time between ordering at the surgery and collecting your repeat medication is 7 days. We are working hard to stick to this so please, where possible, allow this time before collecting your prescription.
As always new and urgent medication will be dispensed as a priority when presented.
The government website contains all of the up to date information to help anyone who may need to self isolate.
I'm sorry but we do not have a delivery service.
The government advice for self isolation is as follows – "shopping or picking up medication, or walking a dog, you will need to ask friends or relatives."
Audlem has established groups of volunteers who may be able to support. AudlemOnline is an amazing resource for local information.
We are your village pharmacy and we will work hard for you all.
Thank you for helping us to support as many people as possible and for respecting our colleagues.
I will update as regularly as possible.
Kindest regards
Catherine Corbett
