Internet Shopping – Beware of substandard Rogue Traders

Here at The Flower Divas we have been alarmed to find that several of our customers have been misled by internet order gathering companies, offering Flower deliveries in Audlem by the local Florists.

There are a number of internet based businesses across the country who place adverts on the internet search engines advertising local flower deliveries in your area.

They take the order from the unsuspecting customer and then try to find a florist to execute the order, having already taken a large chunk of the order value as commission.

The result is that the customer ends up receiving a bouquet for a fraction of the price the customer paid and often made up in a warehouse by non-skilled staff and with poor quality materials.

We just want to make our customers aware that we are independent Florists and only orders taken by us are made by us. We are not part of a relay service and any orders we take for other parts of the country are sent via a network of other independent Florists across the country.

We only buy Grade One flowers and never take orders from these order gathers. At the moment we do not have an online order facility so if you order on line from a company offering delivery in Audlem by the local Florist chances are it's one of these rogue traders.

We are committed to offering our customers only the best quality Flowers beautifully presented, excellent service and all at an affordable price. Please help us to prevent these rogue traders ripping off local people.
