A beginners session for Zumba is starting again on Tuesday 24th April at 6.30pm at only £2.00 per person for 1/2 hour session.

It is a great way to learn the steps and start at Zumba – this is followed by my normal class at 7.00pm.

This is very popular if it is your first time at Zumba, or if you have not worked out for a long time.
It will allow you to experience the class and atmosphere, and still get a good workout for 35 minutes. You will learn some basic moves at a slower pace. When you feel ready you will be able to go to the main class which is straight after the beginners for 1 hour workout.

This is ideal if you have not done Zumba before. It will enable you to get use the moves and still have a good workout. If you are trying to lose weight then take up a workout that you can have fun with!

The beginners' class is a great way to learn the steps, and Zumba Rhythms which are used throughout the routines of the Zumba Dances. So if you are unsure about trying a class, then start off from the beginning, and learn the steps. Do the class at your own level. Once you are confident, with them you will not stop dancing.

You have to give yourself at least four weeks! Come and have fun, whilst exercising. I make the class real fun. YOU CAN DO IT – Come along for the first one next week, it will help you to lose inches.

Zumba Daytime class is 10.45am Every Monday at Audlem Public Hall
My Normal Class is 7.00pm Every Tuesday after the beginners class.
If you are interested in any of the beginners' classes then please call to book a place. Call Karen 07852 938851 or 01270 842535.
