The Beavers of Audlem visit Seaton Farm

WHAT LUCKY BEAVERS WE ARE! The excitement continues to build week on week thanks to exciting guest visits and excursions.

Last weeks' session was hosted by Kelly Seaton of Seaton Farms. We were given a tour of the farm where we met the pregnant cows in various stages, the calves recently born, (the one born on our visit is now lovingly named 'Beaver!') We even had a tour of the milking parlour and met Kelly's Jersey cow who enjoyed lots of petting.

Kelly has hosted many trips for both Cubs and Beavers, these trips have become so successful that Kelly hosted a 2nd visit this week for Wybunbury Delves school for the farms first funded school visit. Our term is close to the end ready for our Easter break with one very exciting lambing trip up and coming... watch this space for updates...
