BBQ weather expected!

BBQ Selection at Oxtail & Trotter this weekend

The weather is warming up again for the weekend and we will be ready for the BBQ frenzy with our fabulous selection of BBQ delights including:

• Steak burgers
• Pork & Apple Burgers
• Minted Lamb Koftas – try serving this with flatbread, mint & yoghurt dip & Salad!
• Chicken skewers
• Handmade sausages of varying flavours

Lamb and beef

We also have in some beautiful spring lamb – the perfect choice for Sunday lunch this time of year. We have some well-aged Galloway topside of beef in stock & a limited amount of sirloin.

Our roast beef sandwiches served with horseradish went down very well at Overwater Marina last weekend – this was slow roasted Galloway beef.

Fresh fish

We will have a good selection of fresh fish available this weekend and we might get Charles to multitask and do a few samples on the BBQ!
