The next AWEG meeting is at the Audlem Methodist Church starting at 1900 Tuesday 15th October 2024

Bergitte (Bee) McGovern, Medical Herbalist and Transformational Wellbeing Coach from Whitchurch will present on the medicinal use and health benefits of commonly available berries.

Bee believes that natural medicine is about reconnecting with nature at a deeper level, along with developing a better understanding of our own innate nature. Nutrition, herbal medicines, flower remedies, lifestyle approaches and nature therapy all form part of Bee s practice.

She supports individuals and groups who would like to deepen their connection with nature, return to a state of more harmonious flow and experience better health and wellbeing via one-to-one consultations, events and workshops and via the sale of her bespoke loose-leaf tea blends.

All welcome, a charge of £5 is made to cover costs.
