Audlem trains hard

Audlem knows how to train hard!

The 6.10pm Circuit training sessions on Wednesdays at the public hall have been a great success.

There will be an additional 7:00pm session starting on a trial run from Wednesday the 25th of January.

The sessions are now selling out a week in advance and have sold since we started so I cannot thank you all enough.

I am genuinely blown away by the response and sadly turning people away hence trialling an additional slot straight after.

The sessions are open all abilities.
