Good morning all,

Please be advised of the following news regarding Audlem Saints Junior Football Club.

As many of you are aware, Audlem has a thriving Junior Football Club, that currently caters for approximately 65 school children during the football season on Saturday mornings.

Since inception of the club, by Ian Haughey and Reuben Palin in 2002, we have been fortunate to have had some fantastic coaches and great personalities involved.

Through their respective careers, and desires to work and live abroad, there are few still around to see how we now compare to those early days.

I have therefore spent the last few weeks thinking about how we evolve and move the club forward into what will be our 19th year (and my 17th!)

I am therefore extremely pleased to announce that I have asked Ralph Warburton to assist with the task of moving the club forward.

As many of you are aware, Ralph is an absolute diamond of a resource to draw upon in the club, having been involved in many organisations and events held in our vibrant, beautiful and inclusive village.

How this pans out at present, we are not sure, but rest assured we will be working in close proximity, in not only evolving the club, but also fiercely hanging onto the values and original aims of the organisation, created by Ian and Reuben.

With regards to 2021, we are not yet quite sure of when we will return, until we have had the chance to review the logistics and implications of being moved into a tier 4 area.

We will obviously endeavour to return as soon as practically possible and will keep you informed of our decisions in due course.

Please therefore keep checking into our official Facebook feed and Audlem Online for further updates.

Kind Regards,

David Mansell and Ralph Warburton.
Audlem Saints Junior Football Club.
