Jim Winfield, who lives opposite the planned Muller development, has passed this message to www.audlem.org
"In some ways it is pleasing to hear that plans have been passed by the Council because most people in Audlem will be happy to see the existing site improved as soon as possible. On the other hand, and after all the considerable interest shown by residents, not to let them have a proper sight of the new proposals before approving them is quite simply not good enough."
"I suggest our Parish Council should arrange a public meeting at which the chief planning officer and the chairman of the Borough Development Control Committee should be present to a) display the plans and b) explain their actions."
