Peter Kay is leading this walk via Adderley starting from the Public Hall car park at 9.30.
The length is 6 miles. There is some quiet road walking.
We go up the canal to Bagley Lane. After a short distance down the road we take a footpath that takes us over the canal and past Pool House and its lake to an Adderley bridleway which takes us back to the canal. After a short stretch we meet the bridge we crossed earlier and take another footpath back to Bagley Lane. After a bit on the Lane we cross fields to get to Wood Orchard Lane and then it's down the track and footpath into Audlem.
NB All walkers must have suitable footwear and be prepared for adverse weather, carry food and water to last for the entire walk and be suitably fit for the various lengths of walk.
Each walk is led by a nominated leader who will carry some first-aid equipment. The leader has the right to refuse to include in a group anyone who is felt not be adequately equipped.
Non-members of Audlem Rambling Society (ARS) are welcome to come on a walk but are expected to join ARS and pay the membership fee after a trial walk or two.
