Subject: Audlem Public Hall AGM

Our eagerly anticipated Audlem Public Hall AGM has typically been held in October/November in recent years. I'm sure members of our community will be awaiting confirmation of it's next date!

This notice is to update you that our Management Committee approved a proposal to move the AGM to the start of the new calendar year, which is to enable provisional financial reporting on the year that will have just closed.

This message is to give notice that our next AGM will therefore be held on Wednesday 24th February 2027, at 7:30pm, in the Public Hall building. We will update you closer to that time with an agenda and confirmation of the meeting room.
