This month's Cheshire Life features a one page article about Audlem Mill,

with a reproduction in colour of a beautiful painting of the Mill by Audlem

artist Sheila Webster.

The Mill will be hosting an exhibition of original paintings by members of

the Guild of Waterway Artists, from 16th March to 13th April. Also on display will be work by other artists, including Harley Crossley, whose paintings are now very well known in boating circles, and Sheila Webster, as well as local artists George Baker and the late Maureen Hinchliffe. All paintings are for sale.

There is also an article in the monthly canal newspaper, Towpath Talk. You can get a free copy at Audlem Mill, currently open Saturday and Sunday from

10.00am – 12.30pm and 1.30 – 4.00pm, but seven days a week from 7th March, when the canal re-opens after major work on the locks.
