We hope that the introduction of our new system for appointments and triage has made it easier for you to access appropriate healthcare advice and consultations. We are monitoring the system to ensure that the initial positive impact is maintained and welcome your feedback on this.

Our new automated appointment check-in is easy to use as many of you have already discovered. Our receptionists will be happy to demonstrate it to you – we hope that as more people use it, it will release our receptionist to deal with enquires, both in person and by telephone, more promptly.
