An ADAS team of volunteers is hard at work over the weekend putting up fifty small Christmas trees, illuminating them and installing the large tree in the Square. The small trees were already lit up last night and the work will continue today.
Once again the village's display will be the finest for miles around and the large tree will be the focal point for the popular Annual Carol Singing around the tree on Monday, 22nd December. In the meantime, the lights will add to the atmosphere this Thursday for the Festive Evening when many of the shops will be open and Santa will be in his grotto – see yesterday's news on Audlem Online for details.
