Audlem Lass sails on

It's September and those lazy hazy days of summer already seem a distant memory – possibly because they were at least a year ago!

Despite the lousy summer weather – and so often the rain and wind appearing mainly at weekends – Audlem Lass has enjoyed another excellent sailing season so far.

3,257 passengers have been carried on 1,322 trips up and down the canal. Donations have amounted to £2,894.80 to date with another £700 raised in advertising and sponsorship.

Audlem Lass will continue to sail on Saturdays and Sundays between Lock 15 and the Overwater Marina until the end of October.
