This week's Market Drayton Advertiser and the Nantwich Guardian carry a wide range of Audlem stories. The Advertiser even leads its front page with a story about how Audlem bodies could be freeze-dried instead of cremated as part of a new eco-friendly policy (more on this tomorrow!); there are reports in both papers of a robbery involving computers at Buerton school and the Advertiser has a detailed story on the Copper Beech saga and the battle to save Buerton school. There are reports on the police crackdown on parking in the village centre and the opposition to two planning applications by the Parish Council.
