Audlem History Society's next meeting

Audlem History Society's next meeting is on Thursday, 19th March, at 7.30 pm in the Scout & Guide Hall.

Our speaker will be Bill Pearson, Senior I T lecturer at Reaseheath College, Nantwich.

Bill is also an expert on all things 'foodie' who writes the 'Good Food Shops' blog, a personal guide to traditional and unusual food shops, but on this occasion he will be enlightening us on Food and Farming during the period of World War 1.

Do come along and hear the fascinating story of the ups and downs of the food and farming industries during the years of the1914- 1918 war in South Cheshire.
