This autumn the focus of all our monthly talks in the Scout and Guide Hall  will be local people recounting Audlem’s past, particularly during the last century.

On Thursday next, September 20th two well-known local people who have spent much of their lives in the district will give us a picture of their experiences – Ian Jones on Growing up in Kinsey Heath, and Ruth Cliffe on her life in Old Hankelow and Audlem, illustrated by slides and commentary.

The meetings are at 7.15 for 7.30pm start, and finish about 9.15pm after questions and refreshments.

Visitors are welcome – school children and full time students are free and other visitors £2.
