Audlem girl Princess of Nantwich today

It's a very big day for twelve-year old Evie Popovic of Audlem. She is Nantwich's new Community Princess and will be the figurehead for the Nantwich Fun Day at Barony Park today.

Evie was crowned Princess after a recent selection evening was held at Brine Leas School. After winning, Evie said: "When I was given the trophy my hands were shaking so much I was scared I was going to drop it. I'm a really girly girl so I'm looking forward to wearing the dresses and make-up, but also the limousine ride."

We are sure all will be wishing Evie well on her big day.
