Audlem FC

Really lovely football piece on Audlem Online yesterday. If one does not shoot for the stars, one can never progress. Who knows? 

Anyway, as a natural  optimist, I am having a trophy cupboard commissioned in advance of the coming seasons. 

Our first friendly match in Audlem takes place on Sunday 26th August playing against the NoMans Heath team. 

Our manager Geoff Stretch is working hard at blending the players into a team with discipline and even a language 'clean up'.

Do come along if you can and give the team a cheer.

Our sponsors have ensured a good start for us with around £1000 given for kit, balls, nets, posts etc, etc. We will do our best to match their confidence in the coming season.

Our fixture list in the league will be given out later this week.
