Audlem FC report

Good Sunday to all who find some interest in our village team. We have suffered much this season following a well deserved promotion to the top league. Being beaten so much as we face very strong teams.

I meet this new year's game recovering for a very lousy Christmas with some 48 hours spent in much severe pain in Accident and Emergency at Leighton. Knocked back an awful lot and was not good company to my family over the special days .

Would not recommend such pain on anyone and a wealth of pain killers taken. Even was put on a drip of morphine.

Now – This morning – Quite a lot better, but not being stupid and keeping myself to myself. Building up my strength l hope.

The game

First of the year . Versus The Lions FC . And at home .
And postponed as pitch is a soggy mess .
Fourth game postponed so far this season .
Not a good state of affairs

Next fixture is 17th versus Broadhurst F C who share bottom spot with us . Can we ?
