Audlem won the toss and elected to bat first and made a competitive if slightly under par 194 for 9 off their 40 over allocation with the main contributions coming from Kamal Toraman (73 ) and Dave Parkinson ( 35 ). The wickets were shared around with Jonathan Clowes being the pick of the crop with 3 for 35.
Clowes then led from the front with 89 from only 56 deliveries including 5 sixes & 12 fours as they set about their task.
Dave Parkinson took 4 for 36 but a run-a-ball 31 from Sam Rushton helped them over the line at 197 for 7 with eight overs remaining.
