Audlem artist wins first prize at exhibition

Celia Bloor writes: "At the Three Counties art exhibition on show at Keele, I saw that Annabel Thornton was awarded first prize for her portrait of "Joan". Congratulations are in order. I have reported seeing her paintings of "George". Obviously there is going to be a series!"

Pub goers in Audlem will also be familiar with Annabel's portraits. Pictures of a number of local musicians are featured on the walls of the Shroppie Fly.
