Sheila M Webster Art Workshops at Audlem Mill – Landscape, boats and waterways in pen and wash.

Popular local watercolour artist Sheila Webster will be your tutor on two consecutive Friday mornings, 19th and 26th February, at Audlem Mill.

A maximum of six people will receive guidance and tips on interpreting their own photos to make pen and wash sketches or paintings of their very own.

We will provide paper and a pen for your use and to take away, but you will need to bring brushes and a few transparent watercolours with you. As a minimum, you will need a flat 6mm or 13mm brush (or both), and a red, a yellow, a blue and burnt sienna, though more would be useful (please ask for guidance).

You will also need to bring a few photos from which to work, an A3 size board (hardboard, drawing board or stiff back sketch book), and clips or masking tape to attach your paper to the board.

The course fee, which includes refreshments, is £50 for the two mornings.

Examples of Sheila's work can be found at www.audlemmill.co.uk

To book a place (deposit £10), please contact Audlem Mill on 01270 811059, or email sales@audlemmill.co.uk">sales@audlemmill.co.uk
