ARS Wednesday walk

Wednesday August 19th

The next Wednesday Wanderers Walk (ARS) is on the 19th August, and will be led by Peter Jackson. Meeting time is 09.30 a.m. in the Town Hall Car Park. The last walk was a short one, so this one will be 5 miles.

We will leave the Car Park and head for Mill Lane, when we reach Monks Lane, we will commence to Sparrowy Spout Lane, then turn left onto Longhill Lane until we reach Hankelow, where we will have a short break by the pond. Don t forget your refreshments.

After the break we will head for Manor Farm, then across a field which will take us to Audlem Road, and then on to The Parkes and Monks Lane and back to the Car Park.

NB. All walkers must have suitable footwear and be prepared for adverse weather, carry food and water to last for the entire walk and be suitably fit for the various lengths of walk.

Each walk is led by a nominated leader who will carry some first-aid equipment. The leader has the right to refuse to include in a group anyone who is felt not be adequately equipped.
