ARS introduces mid-week walks

In addition to its program of monthly Saturday long and short walks, ARS (AudlemRambling Society) is introducing a season of short local walks on Wednesdays.

These will take place fortnightly from May to September, starting at either 9.30 am or2 pm and will be no longer than 5 miles.

Although we hope these walks appeal to current members, ARS always welcomesnew members and we would encourage anyone interested to come along and try awalk without commitment to join. Thereafter, a subscription of just £5 per yearsecures membership. (Subs pay for insurance and affiliation to the RamblersAssociation).

The mid-week walks will be coordinated by Peter and Jan Jackson and details will be published
on Audlem Online.

So, watch this space for more information. The first walk takes place on 14th May.
