Annual medical plan for South Cheshire

As many will know, responsibility for primary health care switched from the Primary Care Trusts to Clinical Commissioning Groups in April this year. For Audlem Medical Practice, this meant the medical limbo of being moved a number of times between the Central & East Cheshire PCT and West Cheshire PCT came to an end as those bodies disappeared.

Audlem Medical Practice now comes under the South Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group who have published their Annual Plan and Prospectus which you can read by clicking on the file link below the photograph.

Audlem Medical Practice are also looking for new members of their Patient Participation Group which meets four times a year and discusses Practice issues and any changes planned with the doctors. If you are interested, please contact the medical practice.
