Allotments meeting on 7th July

A meeting has been arranged on Tuesday July 7th at the Scout and Guide Hall at 7.30pm. The speaker will be Dave Morris who is the NW representative for the National Association of Allotments and Leisure Gardens.

I will send out an agenda nearer the time and will put up posters in the Village but in the meantime can you spread the word? Dave will be happy to take questions from both the people who want an allotment and those who seem to have some misgivings about the whole idea so EVERYONE is welcome.

Having seen in the press yesterday that HM the Queen is the latest recruit to the cause I am wondering whether to send her an invitation!
