As the onset of Spring has been delayed one day by today's Leap Day, we thought a couple of views of Audlem in warmer weather, and looking very green, would be appropriate.

These two photographs have been sent to Audlem Online by Steve Hyder, a regular visitor to Audlem. As few have the opportunity to climb the tower of St James' church, they will be new views to most.

The photos are now in the Summer Gallery.

The Galleries section now contains a huge number of photographs – seasonal, historic, of businesses, events and organisations. If you have photographs you think would be of wider interest, please email them to editor@audlem.org in a reasonably large resolution.

At present, our system can only handle landscape shaped photographs. That will change after our upgrade in a month or so when portrait shaped shots will be fine too.

Our thanks to Steve for his superb photographs of the village. You can enlarge them by clicking on each photo.
