Additional Saturday Pilates class

There will be an additional Saturday Pilates class starting 5th June at 9.30am in Scout and Guide Hall. The 10.30 class will continue as normal.

Both classes will cater for all ages/levels, and exercises are given with variations to take this into consideration so that each individual can work within their own capability. No booking required, just turn up with your mat and a towel.

Please note that on Saturday 29th May the Scout and Guide Hall is being used for the Arts and Music Festival. I will be making alternative arrangements for the class that day. Please call on 01270 812843 or 0789 9877011 for information.
