Adderley Walk on Saturday

This walk of 5.6 miles was to take advantage of routes re-opened by Peter Kaye.

• Led by Kate Down and Steve Elliott, it started in Audlem,
• along the canal to Bagley Lane,
• onto the footpath by Wood Orchard Lane to reach the canal by Poole Farm,
• and then through Poole Farm passing the Motte and Poole House,
• back to the canal along the bridleway that would lead to Highfields,
• back along the canal to Poole Farm bridge,
• and a different path back to Bagley Lane close to Kettle Lane;
• then using the footpath to Wood Orchard Lane
• and back to the village passing Parkers farm.
• De-brief held at the Shroppie!
