ADCA Evening at Brambles Cookshop

Brambles Cookshop were pleased to welcome volunteers and Carers from the Audlem and District Community Action this week for a Spanish themed evening.

Guests enjoyed a Sherry Tasting, with 6 Different Sherries paired with Tapas from the Sherry Triangle in Spain.

Highlights of the evening were the discovery of Cream Sherry Served over ice with a slice of Orange, Adrian's Show Stopping Ensaladia, the demonstration of how to make a VERY speedy Alioli and of course, the best Sherry of the evening and everyone's favourite -Pedro Ximénez. I now have a new sideline career as Audlem's Number One Sherry Ambassador.
